People often ask me why I turn down a lot of things that would make me a quick buck but to be honest I genuinely never went into music for the money or the lifestyle – I was driven by one thing; a profound love of amazing music which my mum first showed me listening to artists such as Kate Bush, Gary Numan and Chopin as a child – people who just interpreted and exacted on their world in way that no other did and people tried to imitate after.
One of my proudest finds has been Engine-Earz Experiment – this was the first thing I had heard or seen of the band and actually their first ever live performance! So when people ask me to manage them this is where the bar is set for me and it’s admittedly really rather high…
